We can register a Private Limited Company in India for you, which is a company limited by shares in which there can be maximum 50 shareholders, no invitation can be made to the public for subscription of shares or debentures, and cannot make or accept deposits from Public and there are restriction on the transfer of shares.

The liability of each shareholder is limited to the extent of the unpaid amount of the shares face value and the premium thereon in respect of the shares held by him. Minimum number of shareholders is 2.

Basic Service Fee: Rs.25,000/- per company

• Fee includes preparation of DSC, DIN, Name search and approval, ROC filing and preparation of Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA)
• We prefer Mumbai (Maharashtra) ROC for company registration.
• Fee may revised depends upon no. of promoters and ROC fee as that will depend upon the Authorized Capital selected

Documents Required till Name Approval:

• Two passport-size colour photographs of all the promoters..
• Digital Signature Form duly signed by all the promoters.
• Photocopy of PAN card number of all the promoters – self attested.
• Address proof of all the promoters. Example: Latest Telephone Bill / Latest Bank Statement / Latest Electricity Bill / Passport copy / Driving License etc. – self attested.
• Affidavit in DIR-4 format.

The stages for the formation of a company in Mumbai are listed below:

• Obtaining for the Digital Signature of the promoters.
• Application for the Director Identification Number (DIN) for all the promoters.
• Application for the name availability of the company.
• Preparation of Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company and other documents.
• Obtaining Certificate of Incorporation of the company.
